Who is the original artist?
I love this tattoo, it is beautiful. I was thinking of getting one like it, and would love to see more art work with the feathers and birds.
That seems to be the unresolved question. It has been recently copied, but the originator remains a mystery. The original picture I posted was posted in deviant art by a woman, who said she did not know the origin of the picture. It, the tat, does interest a great many people. As a tattoo, I doubt there is any copyright status.
