R. P. VanGYTENBEEK in his piece re Western Gov’s
sets the bar mighty high for the Left Coast gov’s who have run, and continue to run, their respective states into the hard pan. To buy into the rhetoric of habitat enhancement is fine and worthy. To literally buy into the non-substantiated jobs creation and green mantra indicative of the lock step acceptance of many within FF elite and most certainly the silliness of Chu et al. is robotic nonsense. Perhaps the Rocky Mountain Gov’s still value their citizen’s independence and heritage…something the Western Gov’s not recently understood and certainly do not protect. BS, I say.
“Fortunately we have leaders who are not only working to build our economy but are working to protect the high quality of life that we enjoy.” Your partnership with the Feds, beyond habitat protection/water management, will not afford you any such high quality of life in the near future. Denial is a sad thing to watch.
