I didn’t tie this pattern (Jack Hagan, see 7-26-08 posting here)…the Summer Run (which I believe would be perfect year around). The dubbed thorax and wrapped wing would be typical, but the double wire wrapped body requires a precise handling of the two wires, that need to be wrapped to ensure one set of wraps butts up against the previous wraps resulting in the beautiful body.
