Debbie…there are varied explanations…do a little research re this as it is up in the air as to why’s. Gangs, kids having goofy fun, all over the world. I always ask why (if I were so inclined) would I do it? I think my mental state might be altered by some means, and I would be doing it to mark my/our territory where we had fun. I always find it hard to believe a banger would take the time to toss sneakers six times to get them over a line? They’re more artistic with paint in my neck of the woods……thanks for dropping by
