Nature: Game trail to a little waterfall

During a short hike into an impenetrable forest of alder, briars, boulders, ferns and fir, I came upon a game trail and followed it to this beautiful little brook tumbling down hill toward the Columbia River.

I sat for sometime, mesmerized by that little waterfall pouring over the fallen log. Then I followed the game trail back out.
