Private waters? Somewhat guaranteed success when non-private waters are raped, pillaged and mismanaged for over harvest. It is all chaotic as certain groups (dare I say which ones?) over harvest without a hint of enforcement. So, what happens when everything becomes programmed, predictable, sterile, almost like a golf driving range with no hope of ever making it onto the course? One man’s opinion seems depressingly possible.

Oh what the hell…let me call for this: would ODFW (Oregon) make some damn out reach effort to educate via signage, literature or enforcement for Russians, Asians, Mexicans? Seriously, why dance around some PC bullshit. It is right there. Over harvesting, snagging. No regard for hatchery v. wild or numbers. Worse than a Power Bait deranged retiree in his folding chair with a full cooler of fish up at the camper. Ok done.
