This little, gnarly creation was tied on the ubiquitous pupa hook, size 16. I pulled a few barbules off a CDC feather and tied them in as a tail. I used one piece of olive Super Floss for a segmented abdomen followed by one peacock herl for a thorax. I tied in a clump of CDC barbules and then tied in a Starling feather and then wrapped it two times for the wing/collar. A buggy little creation for sure.
