What in the heck are these leaders made from? I make mine out of just regular mono and bloodknot the two colors together. These look like the old slinky shoestrings, which by the way if I ever find any of those I am going to give them a whirl.
I don’t know. Heavier than typical mono I assume. I have made some from heavier Mono that seem to retain the coil, but none look like the pictured commercial versions. So far, I am not particularly pleased with the my performance of my creations in the waters I fish. Good luck!
