Well Lili I can only offer my own personal knowledge of mine and those around me that it averages around $150-170 per hour. That particular tat appears to have a lot of dark ink work there so I would imagine at least 2-3 hours of labor there in a sometimes painful spot. Maybe $300-450. With Peacock herl you will often see the herl not really narrow and filled in with the degree of detail that Hannah’s has. That is amazing detail and it takes time to make it look that real.

This is an extraordinarily done tattoo, I honestly thought it was a real peacock feather at first. I’m truely amazed at the quality and talent.

Yes, picking up the greenish/bluish iridescence of a peacock herl and the eye is no easy accomplishment.
