I shouldn’t speak for Hannah, but if I can offer the following info (specific to my region and realizing pricing is varied world wide): Where I live, a consultation runs around $40-60 before the actual tattoo appt. This is to weed out the cruisers that are not overly serious. This consultation fee usually will go toward the final cost of the tattoo. Here, the hourly rate for a tattoo is $160. more or less. With my limited knowledge (I have three tat’s, my son has two large tat’s, my wife has a tat) I would judge the Peacock feather tattoo to be two hours or so of work. So, maybe $300+. more or less. If you are thrilled, some people tip on top of that. Just a very rough estimate, but start with consultation fees and hourly rate, then their guesstimate of the time involved.Hope this helps.
