I think “compact” refers to the driver. 🙂 Nice work. I noticed your blog for the first time today after you left a comment over at my place. Well done Gary.
Have you thought of seeing a shrink? There has to be something wrong with you one way or the other. Have you always tried to cram your big rig into small places or is this a new endeavor?
I like your graphics however. But if the rig fits…hell…go for it!
Actually FW, you are not far off the mark. Amazing what one pic yields in the minds of others. A rather crass story from my long ago past might offer up and explanation I had not considered. When I was rather young and new to a new career, I was paired with a very crusty and crude old timer. An intimidating man, he introduced me to language and visuals I had never considered at 21 years of age. In fact, he offered this up one evening: “F@&%’in my ‘old lady’ is like opening up the bedroom window and f@&%’in the great outdoors” Ever since then, I have been mindful of that image and somehow tainted. Thank you for connecting the dots in a long ago suppressed fear. Who needs a shrink with the wisdom of such confidants?
I see it differently, anyone that has a moldy chum and reel pure sticker (like I do) can park anywhere…..it’s kinda like a handicap plate for fly fishermen!
Ah, attention to detail! An exact fly tier no doubt….rather than impressionistic? 🙂 Actually, that whole darn row was ‘compact’. Except near the entry way, which was handicap parking. It is a conspiracy, I say.

Naw, my guess is that you didn’t see the pavement marking until after you’d crammed your truck into the space, lol!
