Here, the cold has arrived, without the moisture for awhile, so the previously high waters should be dropping and clearing. The steelhead are there.  I have my 2011 license/tags. Many cannot fish for months to come. Elsewhere, you enjoy year ’round fishing. Tying is always an option in anticipation of the coming season or outing. So, clear your head. Regroup. Shake off those silly, old ways and start the new year!
