This is a beauty. Great job putting together some different tiers’ “tricks” on this fly, it is not overdone, just right. While the Quiggly Cripple catches fish, it’s a bit over dressed for my liking and too much too tie efficiently. I am huge fan of Gary LaFontaine and his patterns, too. You know, I didn’t provide the recipe/pattern. The wing was gadwal. Teal, grouse or mallard would work. LikeLike Reply
