I don’t see the point of putting such a complicated and clumsy wing case on the fly when there are so many other more elegant and less difficult options. Tiers can opt for a translucent scud back in place of the clear tubing, a long bead of UV Knotsense over the head and along the spine of the fly in place of the whole mess, or using Tuffleye in the same way.
