I was intrigued by this image I took of a wall from which the wall paper had been stripped. Beneath the wall paper are nail holes, remnants of paste/adhesives, notations of some sort and assorted blemishes and damage after 60 some years.
My artsy/philosophical side was going to try and write something, perhaps, momentarily profound about life, the canvas of life, healing, change, scars, repair, strength, time, enduring, new beginnings….
But, perhaps the image stands as is….my life up to now.

I think this is funny that 24 of us have LIKED this… but I have to respect the imagination behind the photo!

Ha! Well, a while back I posted a pick of a brick wall painted white and asked something similar to ‘I wonder if you would like this too?’ as I have noted some of the most bland images (of others) get hundreds of likes. But, in this case, the worn bedroom wall, just stripped of wall paper looked worn and haggard…thanks…my momentary flirting with imagination (it was recognized as unique for me!).
