And old farm house from the 1880’s, east of Portland, Oregon. Efforts to restore and maintain the structure have been ongoing and apparently successful….albeit a lot of work.

No the farm has become a historical location. Unoccupied. Volunteer group tries to maintain it but no one on site. I never see anyone there except maybe weekends.
