This poor, unappealing Easter Bunny sat forlorn, alone, neglected. The store was packed. Perhaps the shoppers prioritized their day, their life, for more important things…celebrating with family/friends. One could even hope there was a higher awareness beyond.
I mean I like the Easter Bunny as much as the next kid, but this one was somehow off kilter.

It seemed that way this year. Many Littler tykes didn’t take to a bunny that big. Food for thought for next year… maybe an older kid or a smaller woman? I mean, how big would Pooh or Tigger really be…

I have to share this… when my son was in law school in Ann Arbor, MI, for extra pocket money, he and his friend got temp jobs as Easter Bunny helpers at the local mall. As they described the drunk, creepy guy inside the bunny costume at that mall, I was glad my kids were beyond the age of wanting to see the Easter Bunny! ~SueBee

I didn’t want to suggest it but there was a hint of creepyness to the rabbit…predator like if a bunny can be a predator. I waved at him, talked to him, no response….a mute rabbit.
