On June 3, 2003 our family brought Emma Louise into our home. On June 3, 2014 we let her go to a gentler place. No words can describe the pain of this loss to our family. Such is life and loss. Thank you Emma for all the joy you bestowed upon us every day of your life.

‘Like’ hardly seems appropriate in such losses. No words can describe my heart ache. I miss her terribly. The house seems empty without her love, energy, happiness. Harley, Penny & Ninnie are searching for Emma. I am searching. It all happened so fast. To watch her go, does not give any surety to this entire ordeal. I love you Emma girl. My companion through the best times, through the worst of times. You were there beside me, always loving and sweet. My heart is wrenched and twisted and you are not there to comfort me as you always were.

Thank you David, I will look into it. Yes, I should wait because I didn’t do very well reading the promo………http://www.garthstein.com/arr/ described as ‘heart wrenching’ appropriate term…you warned me though

Been through that too many times. It never gets easier and shame on us if it ever does. It’s been said that we start to lose them on the day we get them. Condolences.

Thank you sweet lady. Emma was full of routines, hence we were too. She was my alarm clock as if she could tell time. Rarely off by more than 15 minutes for years. New routines now, in time.

you are so welcome.
It sounds kind of dismissive when people say “it will get better” especially when they know what it is like to lose a family pet who was so precious. I still my mourn my cat, he passed 3 years ago.
but I mean it when I say it will get better. just over time.
Hugs.
