My son, Tony, was N/B on US 97, in Central Oregon, when he captured this amazing image of a blazing horizon above the Oregon Cascades, brooding clouds, irrigated fields from a downpour and Olallie Butte and Mt. Jefferson in the distance. The breadth of the sun’s glow across the Cascades is spectacular.
