Camas Garden Fair (Mother’s Day eve)

the day before Mother’s Day…a lot of Mothers and Daughters walking the six block or so stretch of booths in downtown Camas (Washington State). Plants, antiques, yard art, ducks, chickens, goats, horses, a man juggling on stilts, food carts, decorations and creations for the yard, patio, porch, deck…where ever your imagination could envision their creations. Repurposed materials maneuvered into new designs. Flowers blooming and the smell of BBQ smoke and perhaps something more farm like too. Many dogs on leashes or pampered and carried or in carts. People carrying boxes, pulling wagons of all manner of plants. The gardening fever in total evidence. The weather was perfect..in the high 70’s. Walking beneath sprawling trees lining the avenue. A nice venue…
