layers of rock via erosion in Joshua Tree Nat’l Park. The layer stretched on for about fifty yards. It sat there like some one was placing pavers through the desert. My wife sat atop one piece to give it scale.
Here a similar layer, partially exposed, runs up the face of this formation.
Am truly enjoying these desert scenes and rocks. Have climbed many rocks like this when we lived in Arizona.
