The consensus is Zucchini is a good bounty…having lived next door to a dear, elderly Italian lady, who generously provided Zucchini all Summer long…we soon became experts…tired experts…at fixing Zucchini in every imaginable form…I hear Zucchini Bread and a short, mental blurp erupts…’No…not more!!!’…but you are right, Z Bread in its various forms is an enjoyable Summer/Fall treat.
