I tried to download a video tutorial from SplashesWithFishes’ Blog re Sow Bug pattern, but it wouldn’t load for me/you. The pattern incorporates twist dubbing onto V-Rib then wrapping the rib onto the shank. The dubbing is brushed out then trimmed to maintain a fuzzy enticement protruding between the wraps of V-Rib. Here is the link: Fuzzling Sow Bug.
Fuss About Fuzzle (Murray Wilson Originator)
Pay particular attention to the comments here from Steve at Mtn. River Journal re followup info.

I’ll have a look and see what I can do mate.
Thanks for the heads up.
Muz Wilson the originator of fuzzling is a hell of a tyer probably Australia’s version of John Barr. The last time Muz (as any Aussie named Murray is automatically named) gave me a ring (phone call) from back home, he told me about his new blog and I checked it out but now can’t find the link. One of those days apparently
Anyway Muz also said he would be tying at the FFF National Conclave this year _ I hope so his patterns deserve some recognition on this side of the pond. His messy dun and caddis series is killer.
