“We must live in the radiance of tomorrow, as our ancestors have suggested in their tales. For what is yet to come tomorrow has possibilities, and we must think of it, the simplest glimpse of that possibility of goodness. That will be our strength. That has always been our strength.” Ismael Beah, Radiance of Tomorrow

And the best thing about tomorrow is it’s only a day away! (Gotta love ‘Annie’ the only movie on the planet that could hold my daughter’s attention when she was a toddler.)

Somewhere in the family history (a put away vhs tape…now buried) is my daughter singing ‘Tomorrow’ and ‘It’s a Hard Knock Life’ at some arts function when she was about 10 y/o. Oh the countless hours of practice at home have those two songs etched in my memory bank!! 🙂
